The 2002 Major Peewee team participated in the May Madness tournament this past week in Gatineau,
After round robin play, the team finished 3-1-0 which was good enough for second place entering the semi-finals.
The Bandits went on to defeat the Maxtech Raccoons in the semi-final to advance to the final.
In the division finals, the Bandits faced-off against the only team they lost to in round robin play- a very strong Ottawa Riot team. In the end the Riot would win once again but we are proud of the players to finish the season with a silver medal.
